I’ve been there. I‘ve felt it all. There’s so much we want to do and so much we care about, but it isn’t easy fitting it all in. 

It’s not in our programming to put ourselves first. We’re made to feel like we have to do it all for everyone else. We’re taught to put others first and we’re wired to focus on the stress and negativity. It’s a survival instinct, and while it is necessary, it isn’t always helpful.

You’ve been set up to fail. 

Our nervous systems are designed to keep us “safe” and so we naturally develop programs and patterns that seem to help us avoid pain. We create protective mechanisms to keep us going and keep us “worthy” and cared for. We lose sight of our inherent worth and self-love becomes conditional. We pour ourselves into others’ needs and wants to try and feel soothed.

There is another way. I’m here to teach you how to intentionally shift out of this to tap into your flow.

  • Unlike most coaches or therapists, I am not going to just help you achieve your goals by focusing on affirmations and trying to mask difficulties with positivity. I am not going to tell you that you need to shift your mindset or meditate and that’s all you need to have the life you want. I believe you have to look deeply into the self and work with the wisdom of the body. 

  • I use a combination of somatic tools, like breathwork and mindfulness, to help you rewire not only your mind but also your nervous system, for deep and lasting shifts into your highest self and potential because we will work to understand and heal what keeps you stuck and tired.

  • I am able to tap in intuitively and provide a safe space for you to explore and work with your inner landscape in order to transform what you need for lasting change and success.
