Let me introduce myself a little more. I’m Lauren, welcome to my world! I’m a mom, wife, sister, friend, and a lover of helping other humans remember their power and use the wisdom of the body to let go of stress addiction and move into ease. I’ve held (and hold!) many roles in my career, like life, health, and embodiment coach, breathwork facilitator, clinical therapist and supervisor, doula, and nutrition consultant, but at the end of the day, what brings me the most joy is connecting with YOU and giving you the tools to have the life you most desire. I have learned over the course of my life through plenty of trial and error how to find a sense of ease even in the midst of stress and chaos, which is what I am here to share with you. I adore holding space for people ready to nurture themselves to personal and professional transformation and growth.
